Travis Clay Baker

Travis Clay Baker, 31, of Charlestown, IN, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2020.

He was born on January 12, 1989 to Terry Baker and Addie Faulkner Coomer. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Anthony Faulkner and Roy Baker. Travis was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-Day Saints.

Travis is survived by his companion, Chelsea Johns of Charlestown; daughter, Addilyn Baker of Charlestown;  son, Elijah Baker of Charlestown; father and step mother, Terry Baker, Sr. and Patricia Chester of Otisco, IN;  mother, Addie Coomer of Charlestown; brothers, Terry Baker, Jr of Charlestown and William Hall of Memphis, IN;  sisters, Terra Baker of Charlestown and Lavaughn Martinez of Scottsburg, IN;  grandmother and step grandfather, Louise Jones and Ronnie Jones of Scottsburg and grandmother, Lois Tucker of Jeffersonville. 

Life Celebration Services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial to follow in Owen Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
