Michael Andrew Gibson

Michael Andrew Gibson 66, of Charlestown, IN passed away on Friday, September 15, 2023, at his home surrounded by his family.

He was born on October 10, 1956, in Jeffersonville, IN to John and Verda Dilley Gibson.  Michael worked in the environmental cleanup industry for many years and was an army veteran.

Michael was preceded in death by his brothers, James Gibson, David Gibson, John Gibson, Danny Gibson, and Anthony Gibson.

Michael is survived by his wife, Kathy Carver Gibson; son, Eugene Gibson (Cheryl) of Okolona, KY; daughter, Michele Middleton (Mark) of Charlestown, IN; sister, Verdeen Gibson of Charlestown and a grandchild Garret Middleton; sister in law Sonya (Randy) Brewer of Charlestown, nephew, Lucas Brewer of Charlestown; and sister in law Janette Adams of Charlestown.

Cremation was chosen and a graveside service will be held at a later date.
