Lebron Gladden Jr.

Lebron “Oink” Gladden Jr., 52 of Otisco, IN suddenly passed away on Monday, February 15, 2021 at his home.  He was born on September 23, 1968 in Lorain, OH. to Lebron Gladden Sr. and Nadine (Jackson) Gladden.  Lebron graduated from Admiral King High School (Lorain, OH) in 1986 and from Ashland University (Ashland, OH) in 1990.

Lebron was an avid sports fan, he enjoyed watching the U of L Cards, The Cavaliers and The Cleveland Browns all play.  One of Lebron’s greatest achievements was in 2017, when he was inducted into the Lorain Sports Hall of Fame along with his teammates and again in 2018 as an individual player.  He was a member of Main Cross Baptist Church in Charlestown, IN.

Lebron always had the biggest smile, loved his family more than anything and ready to tell you a story or two.  He was charismatic, funny, and never met a stranger.  He will be dearly missed by all.

Lebron is survived by his parents, Lebron Sr. and Nadine Gladden of Louisville, KY; his wife, Tina (Jones) Gladden of Otisco, IN; daughters, Skye Gladden and Alexis Velez of Louisville, KY; sons, Alante (Alexis) Flores of Lexington Park, MD, Brent Bibb and Josh (Jen) Bibb of Otisco, IN, Jeremy (Deanna) Bibb of Sellersburg, IN; brothers, Jamal (Angell) Gladden of Charlotte, NC and Jamie (Latricia) Gladden of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Maddison, Alexa, Logan, Jordan, Kayden, Willow, Carter, Peyton, Nate, Donta, Jasiyis, Kiyree and Ziya; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews along with his Goddaughter, Mersades "Sadie" (Lavelle) Ross.  He is preceded in death by his grandparents, several aunts and uncles.

Funeral services for Lebron Gladden Jr. will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, IN.  Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm and again on Thursday from 10:00 am until the funeral hour, also at the funeral home.
