James Alber Obituary

James Charles Alber, 75, passed away on Tuesday, August 25 in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He was born January 29, 1945 in Tampa, Florida. He was the adopted son of Charles and Ruth Alber of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Jim is preceded in death by his father Charles Alber and wife Mary Lou Hostetler Alber. He is survived by his mother, Ruth Alber; sister Elizabeth Prosser (Loring); brother David Alber (Mary) and good friends Melody and William Flowers.

Jim was a devout Christian and loved country music.

Graveside services for James “Jim” Alber will be conducted on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 1:30 pm at Crown Hill Cemetery in New Washington, IN.
