Faye Earlene (Brummett) Jeffries

Faye Earlene Jeffries 73, of Henryville, IN passed away on Friday September 17, 2021, at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, IN.

Faye was born August 4, 1948, in Jeffersonville to Earl Maxwell Brummett and Addie Monita Frodge Brummett. She was a former cook at Schuler’s Family Restaurant in Henryville and Country Stop Plaza in Memphis.  She was also a former employee of Walmart and member of the Beacon Missionary Baptist Church in Charlestown, IN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son Ronald Stanley Jeffries and brothers Melvin Ray Brummett and Pat Gumm.

Faye is survived by her husband, Milan Jeffries; daughter, Brandi Nicole Jeffries of Leavenworth, IN; brothers, Gary Houchens of Indiana, Mike Houchens of Scottsburg, IN, Donnie Houchens of Underwood, IN, Darrell Brummett of Clarksville, IN and Gene Gumm of New Albany, IN; sisters, Shirley Barnett of Scottsburg, Caroline Sue Mooneyhan, of Charlestown, Barbara Fitzpatrick of Arkansas, Martha Kirchgessner of Galena, IN, Joyce Brummett of Pekin, IN, Linda Reynolds of Tennessee, Becky Adair of Louisville, KY, Joyce Mosier of Scottsburg and Teresa Disney of Austin, IN.

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 pm on Tuesday September 21, 2021, at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Mt. Moriah Cemetery near Henryville.  Visitation will be from 100:pm to 8:00 pm on Monday and after 9:00 am on Tuesday.
