Donna S Myers

Donna S. Myers, 72 of Lexington, IN passed away on Friday, February 21, 2020 at Scott Memorial Hospital in Scottsburg, IN.

Donna was born April 4, 1947 in Jefferson County, IN, the daughter of John Sipe and Julia Lavern Everhart. During her working years, she was employed by Meece’s in Madison, IN; the former Druthers in Hanover, IN; and the former K-Mart in Madison, IN. Donna enjoyed collecting magnets, her 1957 Chevy model cars, and Hot Wheels. She, along with her husband Lester, volunteered at Food for the Soul in Austin, IN to help those in need and was a member of the former Austin Baptist Temple in Austin, IN.

Donna is survived by her husband whom she married on January 30, 1965, Charles Lester Myers; daughters, Connie Foster and her Fiancé Chris Bryant of Madison, IN and Joyce Consley of Lexington, IN; sons, Chuck Myers and his wife Valory of Indianapolis, IN and Joshua Myers and his girlfriend, Amber Foster of Milton, KY; brothers, Louis Storm of Tampa, FL, Larry Everhart of Scottsburg, IN, Bobby Sipe of Scottsburg, IN and Terry Prall of Greenwood, IN; seven grandchildren, Brian, Roy, Michael, Charlie, Amy, Adam and Mackenzie; seven great-grandchildren, Carter Lee, Paige, Mason, Bryson, Braydon, Carter Ray and Cooper; several nieces and nephews. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, infant sons, Michael and Terry Myers and sister, Lorri England.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 2:30 P.M. at the Living Waters Mennonite Church in Lexington, IN with burial in Grandview Memorial Gardens in Madison, IN. Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at the church until the time of services at 2:30 P.M. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations in memory of Donna to the American Diabetes Association or Food for the Soul.
