Charlotte L. Perry

Charlotte L. Perry 76 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Tuesday June 28, 2022, at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, IN., surrounded by her family.

She was born on May 26, 1946, in Jeffersonville to Edgar and Latha Burgin Montgomery.  Charlotte was a Data Analyst for the United States Census Bureau and a member of North Charlestown Church of God and the V.F.W. Post 1427 Ladies Auxiliary. Charlotte was a loving mother and grandmother whose world revolved around her kids and grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Steve Montgomery and Mickey Montgomery and a nephew Stevie Montgomery.

Survivors include her sons, Joe Perry (Angel) of Charlestown and Michael Perry (Kristie) of Memphis, IN; grandchildren, Morgan Hall (Bailey), Makayla Thomasson (Zach) and Preston Perry; great granddaughter, Madelynn Thomasson; sister-in-law, Bobbie Montgomery of Henryville, IN and cousin, Patty Stivers of Marysville, IN., along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Life Celebration Services will be at 12:00 pm on Friday at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday and after 9:00 am on Friday.
