Mr. Williams a native of Bethlehem was a marine veteran of World War II and a retired employee of General Electric in Louisville. He died Friday Dec. 10, 2004 at his home in Jeffersonville. Surivors include a son Ed Williams, one step son and two step daughters; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
