Mr. Robbins died November 26, 2007 at his residence, he was survived by, four daughters, Samatha, Tisha, Teresa and April Robbins; two sons, William F. Robbins II and William F. Robbins III; his mother Arlene Robbins; two brothers Steven Winters and Roger Robbins; ex-wife, Sandra Robbins.
