William Robert Phillips, Jr. 55, of Charlestown, IN passed away on Monday April 17, 2015 in Congress, Arizona.
He was born on April 24, 1959 in Louisville, KY to William R. Phillips, Sr. and Jan Herron Phillips. He was a truck driver for Lancer Transportation in Jeffersonville, IN.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Jessica Phillips and brothers, Randall S. Phillips and William A. Lucy.
Survivors include his daughter; Ashly Phillips of Scottsburg, IN, son; William R. Phillips, III, of Charlestown, mother; Jan Graff of Charlestown, father and step-mother; William and Shirley Phillips, Sr. of Hebron, KY, sister; Rhonda Phillips of Clarksville, IN.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2015 from 1pm to 3pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown.
