William Robert Phillips, III 36 of Charlestown, IN passed away at his home on Saturday, November 23, 2024.
He was born on July 8, 1988, in Cincinnati, OH to William and Kathy Williams Phillips.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Jessica Phillips, and a half-brother, Jason Williams.
Survivors include his sister, Ashly Phillips (Tony Hayes) of Charlestown, and a half-brother John Pinnick of Scottsburg, IN grandmother, Jan Graff of Charlestown.
Memorial Services will be at 1:00 pm on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Thursday.
