William Wallace Monroe, 83, of Otisco, IN, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at his home.
He was born on October 25, 1933 to Charles and Freda (Zoeller) Monroe in Jeffersonville, IN. He was the owner of Monroe Roofing.
Survivors include his wife the former Lois Abney of Otisco, IN; son, William A. “Tony” Monroe (Pam) of Charlestown, IN; daughters, Cynthia S. Watts (Kenneth) of Moyock, NC, and Lori J. Bower (Dennis) of Otisco, IN; grandchildren, Bruce Bower, Tracey Higdon, Kyle Watts, Kasey Watts, Billy McGee, and Ally McGee; 7 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 10am at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial to follow in the Hibernia Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Tuesday from 5:30pm to 8pm, and after 9am on Wednesday.
