William C. “Billy” Jones, 67, passed away Monday, July 25, 2011 at his sister’s home in Georgetown, KY.
He was born on November 26, 1943 to Elbert and Beulah Gentry Jones in
Miami Beach, FL. He was a clerk for the U.S. Government Department of Agriculture for 30 years. He is preceded in death by his parents;
Survivors include his dearest friend of 43 years, Ricardo J. Martinez of Falls Church, VA; sister, Virginia Hamblin (Tony) of Georgetown, KY; brother, Ronnie Jones (Brenda) of Charlestown, IN; nieces, Kristin Huggins, Rachel Gallman, and Teresa Jones; nephews, Ronald E. Jones and Tracy Jones; great nephews, Trent Gallman, Micah Jones, and Andrew Gallman.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 29, 2011 at 11am at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial in the Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be held after 9am on Friday.
