Mr. Holthouser passed away Wednesday March 3, 2010 at Norton Hospital, Louisville, Ky.
He was born on March 30, 1933 in Louisville, KY the son of William Edward and Pearl V. Middleton Holthouser who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his wife Jo Ann Holthouser and a sister Martha Wyatt.
Mr. Holthouser was a retired Coach Carman for L & N Railroad, a U. S. Army Veteran and a member of the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
He is survived by his daughters, Patti Glotzbach(Jim) and Carolyn Sue Whitely both of Marysville; sons, Norman G. Holthouser(Cathy), Louisville and David R. Hughes Sr.(Leslie), Orange Park, FL; sister, Alice Jean Crowder(Conrad), Naples, FL; brother, Norman E. Holthouser(Pat), Louisville; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
