William Eugene Fields

William Eugene Fields 90, of Otisco, IN passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at Hampton Oaks Health Campus in Scottsburg, IN.

He was born on September 29, 1931, in Scottsburg, IN to Cornelius and Genevieve Henderson Fields.  He was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War and served in the United States Marine Reserves.  Bill retired as a Tool and Die Maker from the old Tube Turns in Louisville, KY and was owner of Fields and Son Cabinets in Charlestown.  He also was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Marysville, IN.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Mildred Parrish Fields, brothers, Robert and Paul Fields and sisters, Joyce Cherry and Peggy Schafer.

Bill is survived by his children, Beth Fields (Jill) of Newburg, IN, Billie Adams (Tony) of Morristown, TN, Benita Conn (Keith) of Jeffersonville, IN, and Blake Fields (Holli) of Marysville, IN; grandchildren, Tonya Reneau (Dennis), Lee Adams, Courtney Fields, Austin Fields, Caitlynn Conn, Corey Snider, Madison Jones and Reagan Jones; great grandchildren, Lauryn Adams, Lillian Reneau, Lyla Reneau, Everleigh Snider and Paislee Snider.

Life Celebration Services will be on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at 11:00 am at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Tuesday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm and again after 9:00 am on Wednesday.

Masonic and Eastern Star Services will be at 7:00 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
