Mr. Felker passed away on Sunday Sept. 13, 2009 at University of Louisville Hospital.
He was born on July 7, 1946 in Clark County, IN the son of Robert and Dorothy Pennington Felker. Mr. Felker was raised by Harry and Gaye Pennington. He was an engine builder and owner of Bill Felker Racing Engines and a member of the National Hot Rod Association and the International Hot Rod Association.
He is survived by his wife Sandra Felker; son Anthony Felker and wife Michelle of Charlestown, IN; grandchildren Drake and Danika Felker; half brother Larry Stewart and half sister Linda Lovan both of Jeffersonville, IN; and mother Dorothy Stewart of Jeffersonville, IN.
