William Clifton Crowe

William Clifton Crowe, 91 of Charlestown Passed away on Wednesday March 29, 2023 at Hillcrest Village in Jeffersonville, IN.

He was born on March 16, 1932, in Jefferson County, KY to William M. and Elizabeth Hilbert Crowe.  William was an Army Veteran of the Korean War a retired warehouseman for LG & E and a member of the North Charlestown Church of God.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ida Crowe, sisters, Edna Tinsley and brother, J. D. Crowe.

Survivors include his children, Daniel C. Crowe (Marilyn) of Diamond City, AR, William R. Crowe (Karen) of Charlestown, Larry W. Crowe (Rita) of Louisville, KY, Rhonda L. Crowe of Otisco, IN, Rebecca J. Morrison of Falls of the Rough, KY and Amanda L. Crowe of Jeffersonville, IN; sister, Joyce Mathis (Fred) of Frankfort, KY and several grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Life Celebration Services will be at 11:00 am on Monday, April 3, 2023, at Grayson Funeral Home with burial in Charlestown Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sunday and after 9:00 am on Monday.
