He was born on October 15, 1942 in Scottsburg, IN to Willard and Frances Barnes Mullins and passed away Wednesday September 1, 2010 at Sellersburg Health & Rehab.
He was a farmer and member of the Eastside Christian Church in Jeffersonville.
Survivors include his wife, the former Diane Miley, a son:Michael L. Mullins of Jeffersonville and a granddaughter, Brianna Mullins.
