Mr. Caudill passed away Wednesday June 2, 2010 at Clark Memorial Hospital.
He was born on December 20, 1930 in Letcher County, KY the son of Watson and Viney Brown Caudill Sr. Mr. Caudill was a retired lineman from LG&E, was a member of First Baptist Church in Charlestown, and served in the United States Airforce.
He is survived by his daughters Carol Stoffregen of Henryville, IN, Rachel Just and Laura Broady both of Borden, IN, and Rebecca Caudill of Jeffersonville, IN; sons Steve, David, and Jim Caudill all of Henryville, IN, and Jay Caudill of Clarksville, IN, 18 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
