Wanda Lee Cornelius, 81 of Madison, IN passed away on Friday March 17, 2017 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.
She was born on September 17, 1935 in Harlan County, KY. Her parents were Burnham and Roma Jump Wynn. She was a loving housewife and mother and a member of the Open Door Baptist Church in Deputy, IN.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth Cornelius (Brenda) of Hanover, IN; daughters, Judith Abbott (Larry) of Hanover and Patricia Britt of Madison; grandchildren, Derek Cornelius, Joshua Abbott, Kelley Cloud, Amy Duncan and Jennifer Dugger; great-grandchildren, Jadelyne Abbott, Aspen Abbott, Kyle Cloud, Laken Price, Kenna Copeland, Tyler Gilmore, Brittany Gilmore, Jorydynn Duncan, Lillian Duncan, Elijah Duncan, Kayla Dugger and Devon Dugger; great great-grandchildren, Ameerha Miller and Allie Price; 1 half-sister and 2 half-brothers.
Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Wednesday March 22, 2017 at Grayson Funeral Home in Hanover with burial in Grandview Memorial Gardens in Madison. Visitation will be from 4 pm to 8 pm on Tuesday and after 9 am on Wednesday. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Wanda may take the form of donations to Open Door Baptist Church in Deputy, IN.
