He was born on Jan. 5, 1936 in Magoffin Co, KY to Paul and Mima Wheeler Isaac and passed away Sunday, August 1, 2010 Clark Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Isaac was a army veteran and retired from General Electric after working for 37 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Larry Isaac.
He is survived by his wife the former Kay Taylor, sons; Greg Isaac (Kathy) and Brad Isaac (Cammy) both of Otisco, brothers; Frank Isaac of Charlestown, Paul Isaac of Springhill, Fl and Jerry Isaac of Lakeland, FL, sister; Mary Ruth Bidwell of Conneaut, OH and Granddaughters, Emily and Lauryn Isaac.
