Wakey Lloyd Curtsinger SR., 61 of Charlestown, IN died Wednesday February 27, 2013 at University of Louisville Hospital.
He was born on February 24, 1952 in Louisville, KY to William H. and Rena F. Bunch Curtsinger who preceded him in death. He was a retired employee from Cummins Engines in Columbus, IN where he worked for 31 years.
He is survived by his wife Vickie Stewart Curtsinger, sons; Gerald Curtsinger of Charlestown, IN and Wakey Curtsinger, JR of Hardinsburg, IN, daughter; Chassity Dawn Curtsinger of Sellersburg, IN, brothers; Ronnie Curtsinger of New Albany, IN and Wesley Curtsinger of Jeffersonville, IN, Sisters; Screlada Bricker of Jeffersonville, IN and Linda Colvin of Palmyra, IN, half sisters; Betty Mitchum of Houston, TX and Bonnie Benham of Osgood, IN, grandchildren; Jeffrey Andrew Standiford and Samatntha Lee Lanham both of Sellersburg, IN.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday March 4, 2013 at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church with burial in Sellersburg Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church after 11 am on Monday. Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown is in charge of the arrangements.
