Vivian Fields, 82, of Charlestown, IN passed away on Tuesday June 9, 2015 at Kindred Transitional Care Rolling Hills in New Albany, IN.
She was born on April 6, 1933 in Mayking, KY to Ewing and Suzanne Short Adams. She was a member of Freedom Gospel Church and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter # 597 in Charlestown.
Mrs. Fields is survived by her husband; Loren Fields, daughter; Sibyle Denise Fields of Charlestown, sister; Virginia Hall of Speedwell, TN, brother; LaVerne Adams of Otisco, IN, special niece and nephews; Karen Hall, Rodney Hall, Warren Hall, Ricky Day, Chad Hall and Wyatt Hall.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Friday June 12, 2015 at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 3 pm to 8 pm and after 9 am on Friday.
