Virginia Yvonne Eldridge, 63, passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at Floyd Memorial Hospital.
She was born on August 30, 1947 to Raymond Henson and Virginia Mabel Tate Crowe in Danville, KY. She was a retired clerk for the Clark County Court House. She is preceded in death by her father Raymond Crowe, her husband Percy Eldridge, and her sister Phyllis Ann Reed.
Survivors include her daughters, Gina Knecht of Lawrenceburg, IN and Shelly Eldridge of Memphis, IN; sister, Norma Jean Teague of Jeffersonville, IN; brother, Darryl Crowe of Underwood, IN; mother, Virginia Crowe of Jeffersonville, IN; grandchildren, Payton, Isabella, Ivonna, Nicholas, Ian, and Aidan.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at 11am at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial in the Hibernia Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4pm to 8pm, and after 9am on Saturday.
