Mrs. Couch a life long resident of Charlestown died Monday May 22, 2006 at Clark Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the Speed Memorial Church, Clark County Farm Bureau, Clark's Grant Historical Society and Pleasant Grove Homemakers Club. She is survived by her husband of 73 years Robert J. Couch, children, David (LaVon) and Jim (Pam) Couch and Jeanie (John) Bowen, brother, Richard Lewman, sisters; Mary Schlosser, Rachel King, Clara Crum and Sue Ann Lewman, 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by parents Cash and Susie Lewman, sister Ruth Gregg and son Gerald and his wife Marie. Expression go to Speed Memorial Church or The Ladies Union Club
