Mr. Haycox died Wednesday October 13, 2004 at Lincoln Hills Nursing Home in New Albany. He is survived by his son Jerry Haycox, three daughters; Janet Haycox, Judy Mitsch, and Wilma Montgomery, two half brothers, nine grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
