Vincent Joseph Bell, Jr, 55, of Charlestown, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2014.
He was born on October 26, 1958 to Vincent Joseph and Donna Louise Gaines Bell, Sr in Louisville KY. He was an insurance adjuster, musician, and an Air Force veteran.
Survivors include his wife Roscelia Purvis Bell; daughter Katie Bell of Deer Park, TX; sisters: Karen Stargel Mattingly (Kevin) of North Carolina and Lea Ann Short (Rodger) of New Albany; step-son Troy Filburn of Scottsburg; step-daughter Melissa Filburn Spencer of Sellersburg, nieces Talor and Amber Short of Charlestown and Christopher Stephen Stargel of Nashville, TN and one grandchild, Raquel Carlisle.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 3 pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown. Visitation will be held on Saturday January 25 starting at 11am until the time of the service.
