Vena Edwina (Winkler) Anderegg

Vena Edwina Anderegg, 87 of Marysville, IN passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at Floyd Memorial Hospital.
Edwina was born on December 14, 1928 in Philpot, KY the daughter of Harold Dudley and Orpha Lee Muffett Winkler. Edwina grew up in Evansville, IN. graduated from Central High School and met her future husband a Swiss immigrant. Together they owned and operated Progress Dental Lab in Jeffersonville, IN for 40 years. They lived on their cattle farm for 45 years, traveled to Switzerland often and loved their pets. Puggsy the 3 legged dog Alice her beagle and Freckles the cow. Edwina truly loved and enjoyed her nieces and nephews. The family thanks Autumn Woods Health Campus and all of Vena’s caregivers for taking such good care of her and also thanks to Joe Brown.
Survivors include her nieces, Ruth Saunders of Australia, Monica Schmid of Switzerland, Wendy Helm(Greg) of Evansville, IN, Kim Marcom of Ft. Worth, TX and Lynne Baggett(Dave) of Evansville, IN; nephew, Matthew Winkler(Tina) of Evansville, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arthur Anderegg; son, Mel Anderegg; nephew, Keith Winkler; brother and sister in-law, Doug and Kathy Winkler.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Faith Lutheran Church in Jeffersonville, IN with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 9:00 A.M. Tuesday at the church until time services.
