Mrs. Spear died Sunday, May 10, 2009 at Clark Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Spear was born May 1, 1946 in Louisville, KY. The daughter of Willard A. and Juanita F. Lunn Fraze.
She is survived by her husband, William Spear, Sr.; son Eddie Pike, Louisville; step-sons, David and Richard Spear, Charlestown and William Spear, Jr., New Albany; brother, Rusty Fraze, Pleasure Ridge Park, KY; sisters, Rita Miller, Campbellsville, KY and Rosalee Keith, New Haven, KY; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
