Travis Ray Shields, Sr.

Travis Ray Shields Sr., 70, of Sellersburg, IN passed away on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at his home.

He was born on September 15, 1947 in Jeffersonville, IN to Elmer and Ida Carlton Shields.  Travis was retired from Ford Motor Company in Louisville and was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Jerry Shields.

Travis is survived by his daughter, Tonya Broughton (Bill) of Marysville, IN; son, Travis R. Shields, Jr of Sellersburg; brother, Roger Shields (Vivian) of Charlestown, IN; sister, Jeanette Will of Clarksville, IN; grandchildren, Billie Broughton Vissing (Keith) of Marysville, Allison Shields of Charlestown and Mason Broughton of Marysville and a great grandchild, Kyndall Vissing.

Visitation will be on Sunday, August 26, 2018 from 1 pm to 4 pm at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown.
