Timothy Michael Kunkler

Timothy Michael Kunkler, 58, of Charlestown, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Floyd Memorial Hospital.

He was born on July 13, 1954, in Huntingburg, IN to Sam Kunkler and Mary Resenbeck. He served seven years in the U.S. Army. He was a caring person always putting his family before himself. He loved traveling, meeting new people, and spending time with his grandchildren. He was the former Cub Scout Leader, Little League baseball and basketball coach. He is preceded in death by his son, Jason , and his parents.

Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Marilyn Kunkler; sons, Ryan Kunkler, and Nathan Kunkler and wife Ashlee; grandchildren, Brayden Forston and Landon Kunkler.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2013 at 1pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 2pm to 8pm, and after 11am on Sunday.
