Timothy Lynn Devore

Timothy Lynn Devore, 64, of Lexington, IN, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at his home.

Tim was born on April 19, 1956 to James and Dorothy Roberts Devore in New Albany, IN.  He was a retired baker and maintenance man for Rainbo Bakery in Louiville, KY. He enjoyed mowing grass with his zero turn Hustler mower.  He also enjoyed numerous TV shows including American Pickers, Moonshiners, Swamp People, Andy Griffith, The Waltons and Gunsmoke.  Tim is preceded in death by his parents.

Tim is survived by his wife of 45 years Penny R. Devore who he married on May 16, 1975; his son, Jamie (Joie) Devore of Lexington;  daughter, Nikki (Rob Moore) Baker of Jeffersonville, IN;  brothers, Dale (Jane) Pherson of Floyds Knobs, IN, James (Linda) Devore of Jeffersonville and sister, Gayle (Steve) Mason of New Washington, IN;  granddaughter, Makalla Luther,  grandson, Keaton Luther,  grandson, Kaden Devore,  granddaughter, Abbey Flaget,  granddaughter, Ashley Ross,  grandson, Andrew Ross;  great-granddaughter, Lainey Luther,  great-granddaughter, Evelyn Flagett and great-grandson, James Flaget.

Life Celebration Services will be at 11:00 am on Monday, January 4, 2021 at Grayson Funeral Home with burial to follow at Lexington Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sunday and after 9:00 am on Monday.
