Mr. Webb, 49, passed away Sunday, Feb. 22, 2009 at his residence in Charlestown, IN.
He was born on Nov. 13, 1959 in Jeffersonville, IN the son of Hazelip and Genevieve Pulliam Webb, both who preceded him in death.
He is survived by his brother Steve Webb, Nabb, IN; companion Martha Welch, Charlestown, IN; children April Moore, Taylorsville, KY, Misty Stiles, Jeffersonville, IN, and Alex Welch, Louisville, KY; 9 grandchildren.
