Thomas Anthony "Tom" Walters

Thomas Anthony Walters, 71, of Charlestown, IN, passed on to our Heavenly Father on October 8, 2020.  Tom was born on April 12th , 1948, to Marvin and Virginia Walters.  The Lord gifted Tom with an unyielding desire to create and build V8 three wheel motorcycles.  He was able to lavish through life creating what he loved. Tom is a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.  He is preceded in death by his father, Marvin Walters of Hibernia IN. Tom is survived by his wife, Chilita of Charlestown, IN; his mother, Virginia of Hibernia; sister, Rosemary (Dr. Bill Bradnan) of Hilton Head S.C.; daughter, Camisha Checo (Francisco) of Atlanta;; son, Dana Walters, of Hibernia; step-children, Brandi (Anthony) Wright OF Atlanta; Adrian Bowen of Charlestown; and several gifted, beloved grandchildren. Tom loved his brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. Loved his Prather school friends, especially, Ray Wright and Ron King, both old Prather students.  The trio served the Lord(spreading the word) as they came into senior-hood.  Tom was also blessed with brotherhood friends, he met through his trikes.

Life Celebration services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday October 13, 2020 at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown.  Visitation will begin at noon on Tuesday.
