Thomas W. Shuck, 46, of Charlestown, IN, passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Clark Rehab in Clarksville, IN.
He was born on April 4, 1969 to Jerry and Sue (Whitlock) Schuck in Chicago, IL. He worked as a mechanic for Cunningham Campers in Jeffersonville, IN.
Survivors include his wife, Theresa (Taylor) Shuck of Charlestown, IN; mother and step-father, Sue and Donald Crouseo of Flagstaff, AZ; father and step-mother, Jerry and Paula Schuck of FL; sister, Tami Shuck of Charlestown, IN; brother, Jerry Shuck of Phoenix, AZ.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 11am at the North Charlestown Church of God. Visitation will begin after 9am till the time of the service at 11am.
