He was born on August 27, 1952 in Louisville, KY to Arthur T. and Emma Edlin Riggs who preceded him in death. Mr. Riggs was a former employee of Louisville Ladder.
He is survived by his sisters; Barbara Morgan of Charlestown and Patricia Culver of Shepherdsville, KY.
Private visitation was held at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with cremation to follow.
