Thomas Wayne Kelly 78, of Charlestown, IN passed away on Tuesday May 28, 2019 at River Crossing in Charlestown.
He was born on May 3, 1941 in Eagle Station, KY to Thomas and Katherine Smith Kelly. He was a retired meat packer and was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Wanda Kelly.
Thomas is survived by his son, Kevin W. Kelly of Seymour, IN; daughter, Lynn Pike of Louisville, KY; granddaughter, Haylee Harwell of Charlestown.
Cremation was chosen and no services are scheduled at this time.
