Terry was born on June 14, 1951 in Louisville, KY the son of Robert and Maurita Barks Hess. He was a former Systems Analysts for Baptist East Hospital in Louisville, KY and enjoyed quiet time listening to music and reading.
Survivors include his parents, Robert and Maurita Hess of Charlestown; sister, Teresa Gregory (Bob) of Charlestown; niece, Kerri Dickerson of Cicero, IN.
Memorial services will be held at a later date with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown is in charge of arrangements.
