Terra Lee Reynolds

Terra Lee passed away Wednesday May 5, 2010 at Floyd Memorial Hospital.

She was born July 25, 1973 in Louisville, Kentucky the Daughter of Wayne and Carol Lindsey Purvis.

Mrs. Reynolds was a member of the North Charlestown Church of God.

She is survived by her husband, David Reynolds; son, Ethan Reynolds; father and step-mother, Wayne and Cindy Purvis, Scipio, IN; mother and step-father, Carol and Jack Barton, Louisville, KY; sister, Valerie Lewellen, Pekin, IN; grandmothers, Virginia Purvis and Elizabeth Lindsey both of Louisville, KY.
