Teresa Arlene Adkins, 61, of Jeffersonville, IN passed away Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was born on October 13, 1952 in Pikeville, KY to Glen and Ida Mae Adkins. She worked as a statistical clerk for the Census Bureau.
Survivors include her daughter, Sara Mulkey (Dwayne) of Louisville, KY; brother, Glen J. Adkins (Mary) of Georgetown, IN; sisters, Anna Moore (Eddie) of Jeffersonville, IN, and Sandra Beld (Stanley) of Louisville, KY; grandson, Marcus Mulkey.
Services will be scheduled at a later date. Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown handling arrangements.
