Mr. McCoy passed away Thursday, August 26, 2010 at his home surrounded by his family.
Born on August 23, 1949 to Hubert T. and the late Ada Anderson McCoy. Retired chemical operator at Dupont in Louisville. A member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. An avid golfer, hunter and advocate of colon cancer prevention.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Sandy Walls McCoy, Otisco; Father, Hubert T. McCoy, Butler County, KY; Son; Jonathan McCoy (Colette) of Charlestown, In; Daughter; Julie Lange (Steve) of Louisville, Ky; Brother; Marc McCoy (Rita) of Otisco; brother-in-law, Rev. Jimmy Walls(Catherine), Charlestown; Ted also leaves behind several nieces and nephews as well as being pappy to his grandchildren; Luke, Ella, Addison, and Levi McCoy and Austin and Collin Lange.
