Tammy Jean (Hill) Nazario

Tammy Jean Hill Nazario 64 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at her residence.  She was born on November 21, 1958, in Paoli, IN, to Bert Leo Hill and Virginia Ruth Russell Burlington.

Tammy had retired from River Crossing Assisted Living in Charlestown as a housekeeper.  She not only cleaned their rooms, but she also loved her residents as if they were family.  Tammy enjoyed watching Bonanza, Gun Smoke, soap operas, and monkey videos online.  She was very fond of Gaitlyn Rae’s YouTube videos, always redecorating her home, and being chatty.

She is survived by her mother, Virginia, her loving husband of 16 years, Rolando ‘Randy’ Nazario; her children, Julie White (Chris), Randie Cochran, Jennifer Burton (Tim), Andria Martin (Scott), and Buttons her fur baby; grandchildren, Christopher White (Emily), Bailey Anderson (Jarren), Kelsey White, Cali Broy, Anthony Abbott, Nikki Abbott, Mason Moch, and Marley Moch; and her first great-grandchild due January of 2024.  Tammy is also survived by her siblings, Chrissy Brewer (Ronnie), Robin Hensgen (Terry), Kimmy Hill (Sherry), Bert Hill Jr. (Dee), Mark Hill (Becky), Kelly Hill, Laraina Fox (Rex), Diana Burlington, Vickie Coryell, Sharon Day, and Janie Ross. She was loved and will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Bert Hill Sr., and her granddaughter, Hailey Abbott.

Life Celebration services will be held on Sunday, July 30, 2023, beginning at 2:00 pm at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the service time.
