Tammy Lynn Lear, 49 of Pekin, IN passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Clark Memorial Hospital.
Tammy was born January 23, 1966 in Jeffersonville, IN the daughter of Joseph D. Powell and Ethel Mae Zimbro Hensley.
Survivors include her mother, Ethel Hensley of Clarksville, IN; sister, Jo Long of Charlestown; brother, Mike Powell of Jeffersonville and half brothers, Joe Derand of Jeffersonville and Mark Powell of Charlestown; half sisters, Donna Marie Harvey of Jeffersonville and Rhonda Kay Snauder of Louisville, a nephew Chris Long of Indiana, niece, Dusty Powell of Charlestown and 22 cousins.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at the Charlestown American Legion Post #335 at 2:00 P.M.
