Steven Otis Collins, 51 of Nabb, IN passed away on Tuesday February 19, 2019 at his home.
He was born on February 26, 1967 in Jeffersonville, IN to Wayne and Lottie Mullins Collins. Steven was a former Diesel Mechanic.
He was preceded in death by his mother and sister, Rita Crick.
Survivors include his father, Wayne D. Collins of Charlestown, IN; brothers, Danny L. Collins(Brenda) of Charlestown and Wm. Michael Collins of Clarksville, IN; step-son, Kalin Dean of New Washington, IN.
Memorial services will be held at 2 pm on Monday February 25, 2019 at Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington. Visitation will be from 12 pm to 2 pm on Monday.
