Mr. Burgin passed away Friday August 14 in Barstow, CA. Steve was born on Jan. 4, 1954 in Scottsburg, IN to James Gilbert Burgin and Opha P. Ruby Burgin.
Steve is survived by his wife Joanna L. Burgin, daughter Alex Whitney Burgin of Lanesville, IN; brothers: Charles Burgin (Shirley) of Nabb, IN James Burgin (Sylvia) of Nabb, IN, David Burgin (Elizabeth) of Borden, IN, sisters; Emogene Reis (Everett) of Nabb, IN, Phyllis Rose of Charlestown, IN, Brenda Yount (preceded in death by Roy) of Scottsburg, IN, and Freda King (Dick) of Independence, Ky.
