Shelby Jean (Collins) Hoskins

Shelby Jean Hoskins, 77 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Saturday January 21, 2017 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, IN.
Shelby was born on March 3, 1939 in Hyden, KY to Willis and Susie Collins. She was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church and was a retired housekeeper for several nursing homes in the local area.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Susie Maggard and brothers, Cicero Colwell, Paul Colwell and Taylor Colwell.
She is survived by her daughters, Alvaleen Keith of Pound, VA and Lisa Gail Tesch of Franklin, TN; sons, Troy Ray Campbell of Clarksville, IN., Lawrence Hoskins of Charlestown, Sonny Hoskins of New Washington, IN and Paul J. Hoskins of Lexington, KY; Brothers, Clyde Collins of Hyden, KY; sister, Zola Colwell of Palmyra, IN; 25 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday January 24, 2017 at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Hibernia Cemetery. Visitation will begin after 10 am on Tuesday.
