Ms. Cook passed away Wednesday from injuries sustained in an auto accident. She is survived by her husband James A. Cook, a son Jacob Cook, mother Darlene Tucker, a sister Candace Ramge, and grandparents Rev. James & Esther Cash, Willis sr. & Rose Tucker, and Irene & Laurel Dodge.
Visitation on Sunday will be held at the funeral home from 9am to 11am, and after 12pm at the church. Expressions of sympathy are to go to the Jacob Cook Educational Fund in care of the Grayson Funeral Home at PO Box 429, Charlestown, IN 47111.
