Shay died Saturday, August 8, 2009 at University of Louisville Hospital.
He was born May 22, 1988 in Pittsburg, PA the son of Shay C. and Betsy A. Fanase. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family and living life to the fullest. Shay "Jr." changed the lives of 6 people through body organ donation.
He is survived by his parents Shay C. and Betsy A. Fanase of Pekin. IN; sister Nicole Fanase of Pekin, IN; grandparents Marjorie and Floyd Conley of Paris, PA, Carmen Fanase of Werton, WV, and Barbara Wales of Wellsburg, WV; several aunts and uncles and cousins.
