Sharon Sue (Wilkerson) Brading

Sharon Sue Wilkerson Brading, 78 of Otisco, IN passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022 at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN.

Sharon was born on June 10, 1943 in Madison, IN the daughter of Charles and Janette Jones Wilkerson. She attended Pleasant View Baptist Church. Sharon was an avid reader and because of this love of reading she had a home library of many books, magazines and old newspapers. Sharon loved being with her family and during the warmer months see could be found taking care of her hummingbirds, flowers and tending her garden.

Sharon is survived by her son, Kenneth Brading and his wife Jody of Charlestown, IN; daughter, Kendra Hebert and her husband Beaux of Sioux Falls, SD; grandchildren, Ashley Jo Brading, Amber Haulk, Cole Brading, Lindsey Brading, Joey Brading, Isaiah Hebert and Joshua Hebert; great-grandchildren, William Haulk III, Rylee York, Quentin Carter and Trey Carter; great-great-grandchild, Eli Franklin. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1st husband, Earl Brading in 1963, 2nd husband, Kenneth Brading in 2007, son, Joseph Earl Brading in 1993, daughter, Dimity Sue Brading in 2014, grandchildren, Hannah Stettler and Levi York.

Life Celebration services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 25, 2022 at the Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington, IN with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M. Friday until the time of services. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Sharon may take the form of donations to the Wounded Warrior Project.
