Sarah Elizabeth Carol Ann (Combs) Leonard

Sarah Elizabeth Carol Ann Leonard 65, of Charlestown, IN passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at Norton Brownsboro Hospital IN Louisville, KY.

She was born on May 15, 1959, in Jeffersonville, IN to Warren G. and Bessie Margaret Sumner Combs.  She was a housewife and had attended Old Salem United Methodist Church.  She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Stacy Combs, sister, Thresa Combs, and grandchildren, Alec Long Stuart and Elijah Leonard.

Survivors include her daughter, Khristy Stuart (Boyd) of Charlestown, Lesley Cochran (Allen) of Charlestown, son, Shang Leonard of Charlestown, sister, Vanessa Combs of Charlestown, brothers, Warren Garland Combs of Charlestown and Tracy Dewayne Combs (Sheila) of Charlestown, grandchildren, Cameron Stuart (Taylor), David Bottorff, Austin Bottorff, Ceara Leonard, KayLee E. Cochran, Samson A. Leonard, great-grandchildren, Karsen Stuart and Colten Stuart.

Life Celebration Services will be at 1:00 pm on Monday, November 18, 2024, at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Old Salem Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Monday.
